LSbet login Sri Lanka: four steps

LSbet uses one sign-in form for the sportsbook, the casino and the cashier. Your username is the email you registered with, so there is nothing extra to remember. The steps below work the same on a laptop in Colombo and on a phone on the train to Kandy.

1. Open LSbet

   Use the button on this page. It opens the LSbet site in a new tab.

2. Tap Login

   The form asks for two things: "User name or e-mail" and "Password".

3. Enter your email and password

   Type the email from your sign-up. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock first.

4. Press Login

   You are back on the site, signed in. The cashier, bet history and bonus menu now open from My Account.

LSbet sign in on a phone or from the home-screen app

On a phone the form looks narrower but asks for the same two fields. Open LSbet in the phone's browser, Chrome or Safari, tap Login, enter the email and password, and you are in.

If you installed LSbet as a web app from the browser, the icon on your home screen opens the same site in its own window. The first LSbet login inside that window works as on the web. LSbet does not sign you out after a pause. On a shared phone or an office computer, log out yourself when you finish.

LSbet forgot password: reset by email

The "Forgot your password?" link sits under the sign-in form. The reset runs through email only.

1. Tap "Forgot your password?".
2. Type the sign-up email and send the form.
3. LSbet replies: "An e-mail has been sent to you with instructions to retrieve your password."
4. Open that email, follow the link and set a new password.

The LSbet forgot password email can land in spam or promotions folders, so check them before you ask again. If the email is not there either, open live chat. The chat button works on every page of the brand's site without a login, and support can confirm which email sits on the account.

• Use a password you use nowhere else, with upper- and lower-case letters and a number.
